Since i can’t do much at the moment in the sense of sightseeing or shopping, i became a street photographer lately (which i have always been anyways). Equipped with the obligatory face mask and my mobile phone i just walk around the neighbourhoud, the district of Phrom Phong. It’s a part of Bangkok where i have never been before, quite upscale with a lot of hotels, shopping malls and luxury condos. Nevertheless, a bit off the main streets, you can find a lot of authentic and surprising things and situations and i’m trying to catch the vibes of the city in these special days.

Also kann man sich zur Zeit mehr auf die Details in der unmittelbaren Umgebung konzentrieren, was ja sonst eher zu kurz kommt. Interessante Bilder.

Und die Bilder sind alle nur mit dem Handy gemacht, da meine kleine Kamera nicht mehr richtig funktioniert…

Deine Bilder sind wirklich gut, vor allem das mit Japan »get ready« mit schlafendem Thai und Hundschutz ist sehr doppeldeutig. Die Corona-Krise zwingt uns alle mal wieder über das wirklich Wichtige im Leben nachzudenken.
Bist Du eigentlich auf der Liste des AAs für Rückflieger gemeldet, oder wirst Du noch über den Mai hinaus in Bangkok bleiben?

Soweit ich weiß, ist die Rückholaktion der Bundesregierung ja beendet. Ich werde jetzt schauen, ob und wann ich einen “normalen” Flug ergattern kann. Aber ich denke vor Ende Mai wird das nichts…
